About the Author
Along my early journey I searched for a solution to pain, stress, and unpleasant emotions. I learned that living a healthy life was my cure: through yoga, meditation, martial arts, and eating right.
I became a certified yoga teacher in India where I discovered Thai Massage. After learning the basics, I immersed myself in the study of massage at a school in Thailand.
Now I have returned to share my passion with others. To nurture the soul with lovingkindness is my mission.
